Paty Navidad Reveals Future Plans After Winning ‘Top Chef VIP 3’: Exclusive Insights on Her Next Steps

BTN News: Paty Navidad, the talented Mexican actress and singer, has won ‘Top Chef VIP’. This victory has brought her a mix of emotions as she looks back on her journey. At 51, Navidad’s future is looking bright, and she shared her upcoming plans in an exclusive interview with Us Weekly in Spanish.

Navidad has always dreamed of opening her own restaurant. With the $200,000 cash prize from ‘Top Chef VIP’, she hopes to start this venture. “That’s one of my dreams,” Navidad says. “I’m not sure if the prize money will cover everything because it’s very expensive, but it could help me start. I don’t know if it will be in Mexico City or in my hometown, Sinaloa, which is where the flavors I brought to this competition come from. But yes, it’s within my plans, and it would be a dream come true.”

Before she starts her new business, Navidad needs a break. She spent five months on the show, preparing over 120 different dishes. Now, she plans to take a short vacation to rest and recharge. “Yes, I think it’s necessary right now to thank God and the universe for everything that’s been given to me and to recharge my energy. And very soon there are plans to get back to work and continue alongside the audience, who have given me everything I have and everything I am,” she says.

Navidad is keeping her next project a secret for now. She plans to reveal her plans in September or October, once everything is finalized. When asked if she might join another reality show like ‘La Casa de los Famosos All Stars’, she remains open to the idea: “Well, never say never, right? It could be an option, but there are other things as well.”

One exciting thing she confirmed is related to her cooking skills. Her unique sauces received high praise from the judges on ‘Top Chef VIP 3’. Navidad hints that her fans might soon be able to enjoy them too. “We hope so, especially those sauces that so many people ask me about. There might be a surprise in store regarding that,” she reveals.

Navidad also takes a moment to thank her fellow contestants. She shared an intense and rewarding experience with them. “The competition was not easy,” she says. “My fellow contestants are masters in the kitchen as well, but I’m very happy and pleased with this title. It implies a lot of responsibility, but it’s also the result of a lot of hard work, discipline, dedication, sleepless nights, and even cramps. But I earned it, and I share it with my colleagues because they are also deserving.”
