BTN News: Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) is planning to make the Norwegian Encore even better. They will spend two weeks, from November 18 to December 2, 2024, making lots of improvements. These changes are meant to make the trip more enjoyable for everyone on board.
One of the biggest changes is a new area called Spice H2O. This is an outdoor space just for adults. It will be away from the main pool deck, so it will be quieter. Spice H2O will have many hot tubs, eight large daybeds surrounded by pools, and a bar with many different cocktails. This area will be a great place to relax and enjoy the sun in peace.
NCL is also making two of its popular restaurants bigger. Cagney’s Steakhouse, which recently won an award for its wine selection, will have more seats. This means more people can enjoy its delicious steaks and wines. Teppanyaki, a hibachi-style restaurant, will also get bigger. This will allow more guests to enjoy its fun and tasty cooking shows.
The demand for larger suites has grown, especially for the three-bedroom suites on ships like the Norwegian Prima, Viva, and Joy. So, NCL is making the premier owner’s suites on the Norwegian Encore larger too. These suites will now have three bedrooms instead of two. They will also have three and a half bathrooms, a new living room, a redesigned master bedroom, and new balcony furniture. Plus, a new dining room will be added to these suites, making them even more luxurious.
NCL is also adding 24 new balcony staterooms and two club balcony suites. This follows a similar upgrade done on the Norwegian Joy earlier this year. A part of the observation lounge will be changed to create these new rooms. These rooms will offer more options for guests who want private spaces with great views.
After these improvements, the Norwegian Encore will go on a 12-day trip from Southampton, UK, to Miami. Then, until March 2025, it will offer seven-day cruises in the Caribbean. These cruises will visit places like Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic, Tortola in the British Virgin Islands, St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands, and Great Stirrup Cay, NCL’s private island in the Bahamas. In the summer of 2025, the ship will offer seven-day cruises to Alaska from Seattle.
These upgrades show how NCL is always looking to improve the cruise experience for its guests. With new and bigger dining options, larger luxury suites, and quiet areas just for adults, passengers can look forward to a more relaxing and enjoyable trip. The Norwegian Encore is set to offer an unforgettable voyage with these exciting new features.
