The census and NPR were to start on April 1, 2021. In the event of a corona infection, the central government opted to postpone the NPR update and census. Following the death of Covid in April, the situation in the country has returned to normal. This time the center wants to fix the work of the census which has been pending for a long time.

By the way, according to the previous method, the information that was collected in each house was whether the family had a telephone, mobile phone, smartphone, bicycle, scooter, bike, moped, car or jeep or van, radio or transistor, TV, laptop or computer or whether the internet bought.

The census officer must also be informed of the housing number (municipality or local administration or census number), census number, flooring material, walls and roof of census house, use of census house, condition of census house, Number of households, number of persons living in general, name of the head of household and gender of the person.

The census should also include information on whether the household is the main Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe or any other category, census household ownership, number of households in the household, number of married couples in the household, the main source of drinking water, the main source of electricity and staple food of the household.

Information regarding toilets was also taken. There will be questions about whether there is a toilet in the family, what kind of toilet, sewage, bathing place, kitchen and whether LPG or PNG gas is used for cooking, and what oil is being used for cooking.
