According to recent reports, Elon sent a text message to Twitter CEO Parag Agarwal before canceling the acquisition. There, Elon said the company’s lawyers were trying to “stir up trouble” after asking for financial details. Elon Musk was trying to complete the acquisition of Twitter at the time.
“Your lawyers are trying to create trouble by using this conversation. It should stop immediately,” Elon told Parag in a test message. This is Musk’s answer when asked by Twitter about how he will get the money in this deal.

The lawsuit, filed Tuesday in Delaware’s Court of Chancery, accuses Musk of hypocrisy, The Verge reported.
On the other hand, Elon Musk is also taking the help of several legal advisors. According to various sources, two firms named Quinn Emanuel Urquhart and Sullivan will fight for Elon Musk if Twitter prepares to take legal action next week.
Musk announced the purchase of Twitter in April this year. On April 26, Elon Musk’s company SpaceX issued a statement. It is reported that he is going to buy Twitter for 4 billion US dollars. And the Twitter board approved Musk’s proposal.
But Elon Musk made a tweet on May 13 this year. There he made it clear that he is not buying Twitter right now. has been temporarily suspended. The reason, he said, was informed during the Twitter deal, how many spam accounts and how many fake accounts there are on that microblogging platform. Musk complained, nothing was informed about this. That’s why the Twitter deal is being canceled.
