Bright Times News: On this week’s “Fox NFL Sunday” show, Terry Bradshaw took a time to address worries about his health, saying that he had undergone two operations within the previous year after being identified as having bladder cancer and a type of skin cancer.

“I got out of breath on the show last week… What’s wrong with me? was a popular question among many people. What has happened to my body? Bradshaw started out by saying, “I just want to address it and let you know what has happened in my life,” during a panel discussion on the broadcast.

The 74-year-old Pittsburgh Steelers great and dominant voice in NFL broadcasting continued by saying that he was given a bladder cancer diagnosis in November of last year.

The issue was safely addressed following surgery and therapy at Yale University’s medical facility. A Merkel cell tumor, “a rare form of skin cancer,” was found in Bradshaw’s neck in March and was treated at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, along with other issues.

Folks, even if I don’t feel like my former self, I still look like myself, Bradshaw said. “I’m free of cancer. I’m in excellent health and will eventually return to my previous position. Thank you for your prayers.

After last week’s “Fox NFL Sunday” show, when the former quarterback appeared to struggle while providing analysis for game highlights, viewers expressed concerns about Bradshaw’s health.

Bradshaw has served as a Fox Sports analyst since the 1980s, making him one of the network’s faces.
