The mosquito-borne disease was found in the body of a 48-year-old man in the Thrissur district of the state. He died at the hospital. Then the panic spread. The Kerala administration is taking special precautionary measures against the mosquito-borne West Nile virus. But, what exactly is this West Nile virus? This West Nile virus is an RNA virus. Flaviviridae group virus is the West Nile. According to the Kerala Health Department, the Culex mosquito carries the virus.

What information does the World Health Organization have about this virus? This West Nile virus is causing serious neurological diseases in the human body. However, there are no symptoms in the body of the victims. The virus is spreading in the body from mosquito bites.

The virus was first discovered in the United States, according to the Centers for Disease Control. Although the virus is spread by mosquito bites, it is first carried by birds. The virus spreads in cycles. Not only humans but also other mammals can be infected with this deadly virus. In addition to mosquito bites, the West Nile virus is also spread from blood and tissues.

One of the reasons for this is that the virus is entering the body through organ transplantation, blood donation, and breastfeeding. However, no evidence has yet been discovered that it is being passed down from one person to the next. However, most lab technicians involved in the treatment of mosquito-borne diseases have reportedly spread the disease.

Although the symptoms (West Nile Virus Symptoms) were not detected in that way, some problems like headache, fever, restlessness, and panic attacks have been detected. The victims are also recovering in three to 14 days. One in every 150 people is reported to be infected with the disease.
