Bright Times News: Population explosion in India by 2023 next year! India will surpass China in population. Such a report was published in the United Nations’ The World Population Prospects, 2022 (World Most Popular Country). Excitement has already started around this published report. At the same time, the report states that the world’s population will cross 600 crores by November this year.

The survey predicts that India would surpass China as the world’s most populous nation in 2023. East and Southeast Asia were the two most populous parts of the world in 2022. Where it made up 29 percent of the world’s population with a population of 2.3 billion.

27 percent of the world’s population, or 2.1 billion people, reside in Central and South Asia. According to the research, China and India had the greatest populations in the area in 2022. The population of the two countries grew by more than 1.4 billion.

The research estimates that India’s population would reach 1.412 billion in 2022. 1.426 billion people are living in China. India will overtake China in 2023, and by 2050, India’s population is projected to reach 18 million. China’s population there willies 131 million.

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres says this year’s World Population Day is a milestone. He said the world’s population could exceed 700crorese this year. This is an opportunity to celebrate diversity, as well as to recognize humanity.

The UN report is expected to raise concerns in India. Because, problems have already been created with food, housing, and employment. The amount of cultivable land is also decreasing. There is a chance of a food crisis in the event of a large explosion. Informed quarters believe that population control could be a challenge for India even if the economic situation improves.

Although China has adopted the One Family One Baby Policy, it is possible to control births in that country, but not in India. Although the late Sanjay Gandhi, a former Congress leader, called for a one-child policy, there was little debate. The opinion was given in favor of population control through awareness. But the UN report is proof that it has failed.
