Bright Times News: India China (India-China relations) relations have always been temperate. As a result, the political relations between the two countries are not good. India held a military meeting with China on Sunday to reduce tension near the Line of Control in eastern Ladakh.
Before this, the two countries met about 15 times. No solution. This is the 16th meeting between the two countries. In the middle of this meeting, Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari gave a strong message about the activity of Chinese warplanes on the Line of Control.
He said in an interview that if Chinese warplanes come to India’s border, they will be given a befitting reply. The air chief marshal practically admitted that the warplanes of the neighboring countries are crossing the Line of Control and entering the Indian border at times.
In an interview with national media, the Air Chief Marshal said that India is well aware of the activities of Chinese warplanes across the Line of Actual Control. Whenever an aircraft comes close to the Line of Control, the Indian Army is alerted, he said.
The Air Force chief claimed that the Chinese aircraft did not dare to proceed due to this strict surveillance. VR Chowdhury could not say anything about why Beijing is behaving like this before the military talks between the two countries on the border issue. However, it has been repeatedly observed that this is happening before the start of the discussion, he said.
The Indian Air Force chief also said that since the Galloway radars have been deployed along the Line of Control in eastern Ladakh. Radars have gradually been brought under the Integrated Air Command and Control System.
This has made it easier to monitor any activity along the Line of Control, he said. Along with this, the number of mobile monitoring posts on the border has also been increased to deal with any aggression, said the Biman chief.
The incident of violation of the Line of Control by the Chinese warplanes became public a few days ago this month. A Chinese J-11 fighter jet flew very close to the border near the Line of Actual Control in eastern Ladakh.
However, the Indian Air Force prevented the plane from crossing the border. According to sources, the Chinese army has carried out several provocative actions across the Line of Control in eastern Ladakh last week. At present, MiG-29 aircraft are deployed on the India-China border.
Meanwhile, the 16th meeting between the armies of the two countries was held at the Chushul-Moldo meeting point in eastern Ladakh on Sunday. The meeting started at nine in the morning.
The meeting is said to have mainly discussed the areas where the two countries still have issues along the Line of Actual Control. Before this, the last meeting between the two countries at the military level was held on March 11 this year.
