Aamir Liaquat Hussain: Pakistani politician and meme star Aamir Liaquat Hussain dies at the age of 49


The late Pakistani MP Aamir Liaquat Hussain. His death occurred when he was 49 years old. It is learned that the MP suddenly lost consciousness at home. He was flown to Aga Khan University Hospital in critical condition. The last defense, however, did not take place. His face could be seen in several funny memes from Pakistan. Aamir became very popular in India because of memes.

On Thursday, PTI leader Jamal Siddiqui said an employee of the emir had informed him of the MP’s death. However, the cause of death of the Pakistani politician is still unclear. The reason for death could only be determined following an autopsy, hospital officials informed Pakistani media. The MP had been sick since Wednesday night, according to Pakistani media sources.

He was adamant, on the other hand, that he would not go to the hospital. After hearing his shouts, an employee, Javed, came running in the middle of the night. Because he did not reply to many calls, his unconscious body was discovered by busting down the door. The doctor proclaimed him dead when he arrived at the hospital.

It is learned that the Speaker of the National Assembly of Pakistan Pervaiz Ashraf expressed his condolences in the House. The Pak Speaker announced a break in the proceedings of the House till 5 pm on Friday.

The death of the MP has also been verified by Pakistani police, who have stated that his body would be taken to Jinnah Hospital or Civil Hospital. An autopsy will be conducted there. His body will then be handed over to Aamir’s family. The police also stated that the MP’s death was not suspicious following a preliminary inquiry.

Aamir joined PTI in 2016. He took part in the general election from Karachi in the same year. MNA was elected in the general election that year. Aamir was a part of MQM-P before joining PTI. He was the Minister of State for Pakistan under General Pervez Musharraf. Of course, he had already worked in Pakistani media for numerous years. He rose to prominence as a non-religious event performer.

Former President Asif Ali Zardari, PPP Chairperson Asif Ali Zardari, and Pakistani Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari have all expressed their condolences on the untimely loss of the MP.

At present, Aamir Liaquat’s personal life is at the center of controversy. He was married three times. However, after marrying 18-year-old Dania Malik, Liaquat’s life took center stage. Recently his third wife Dania Malik filed for divorce. They also started living separately.
